Ensure you have your invoice numbers handy OR if paying an age from a statement, enter this in the reference and it will be allocated accordingly.

When authorising transactions, Windcave connects to the card scheme and the bank - you'll see a "3Dsecure" graphic. Occassionally some card number ranges will fail to authenticate and decline the transaction.
